ISC is proficient in developing policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of an organization’s data; in administering a registry’s information technology, data management, and authentication processes; in simplifying and expediting how customers interact with registry information; and in designing customized registry systems and processes in select industries.

ISC manages several registries on behalf of the Canadian Province of Saskatchewan. To access the Saskatchewan registries, please visit isc.ca.

These registries include:

The Land Registry

ISC issues land titles and manages transactions related to land titles; registers land survey plans and creates a mapped representation of Saskatchewan land parcels; and provides geomatics services, integrating geographic data with land survey plans, while offering other services such as topographical maps and aerial photos.

The Personal Property Registry

ISC manages a notice-based public registry where individuals, corporations, lenders and others can register their interests on movable types of personal property. Buyers and lenders also search the registry to ensure there are no outstanding notices of third-party interests in personal property.

The Corporate Registry

As the only private operator of a corporate registry in the Commonwealth, ISC manages a province-wide system that registers business corporations, non-profit corporations, co-operatives, sole proprietorships, joint ventures and business partnerships. Records on all Saskatchewan businesses are maintained and made available to the public through the Registry.

Common Business Identifier Program

The CBI Program allows for the use of the Canada Revenue Agency Business Number ("BN") as the common business identifier for business entities that interact with participating public sector programs in Saskatchewan. This number is assigned when a business is registered through the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry.

ISC’s wholly owned subsidiary, ERS, is a global leader in the development and implementation of registry technology. Over the past 15 years, ERS has specialized in the provision of consulting services and solutions in the commercial registry domain. ERS provides solutions that have also been used to implement systems that manage other legal registers such as intellectual property, securities, licenses and pension schemes.

ISC’s wholly owned subsidiary, ESC Corporate Services Ltd., provides law firms, corporations, financial service institutions and others with services to fulfil a wide variety of their clients’ public records due diligence, filings and corporate supply requirements in connection with public business registries in Canada and other countries.
