Please be informed there will be a complete system outage from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1.
With the exception of the Corporate Registry online registration website, this will be a full outage of all of ISC’s online services, including our corporate website (www.isc.ca). The Corporate Registry online registration website will remain available from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30 until 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, May 1. Customers will be able to access this website through a page that will be displayed on our website, during the outage.
The outage is occurring to enable an upgrade from a physical server to a virtual server. This will improve system reliability, enhance system performance and improve the scalability of our system over time, helping us to provide better service to our customers.
Changes like this help give ISC the ability to meet current and future needs as we continue to grow as a corporation.
